COVID 19 SAFETY COMPLIANCE NOTICE

Dear Guests,
The unusual times we are all experiencing have led us to conceive a new vision of holidays. Our desire to welcome you and the spirit that we have cultivated for generations will enable us to guarantee you a pleasant stay while fully respecting the protocols and in complete safety.

 

The Hotel VIVANA and all its staff are able to guarantee the hotel's guests a safe stay, in compliance with all the regulations in force and we are keeping up at all times with all the updates and protocols that this particular period requires.


 

 

The web check-in allows you to deal with the formalities of arrival without lingering in reception, so you can immediately start enjoying your holiday.

Sanitizing takes place regularly, both of the rooms and the common spaces, including outdoors.

All linen used in the hotel is disinfected each time it is used. 

Two guests at a time are permitted to use the lift, and its surfaces are regularly disinfected.

We have expanded the dining service, including at breakfast, in the bar, and in the restaurant, in order to guarantee our guests the same care and attention as always, together with the security of being in a healthy environment, and at the moment are offering only table service.

The wellness center operators, as well as the rest of the staff, undergo regular checks, using the equipment required by the protocol.

If you have any needs, even of a medical nature, we will be able to support our guests quickly and effectively, in accordance with the guidelines that have been provided to all tour operators and which envisage a constant dialogue with the health facilities in the area.
